Sally Thurer is an independent art director, graphic designer, illustrator and animator in New York City. She received her MFA from The Yale School of Art and is the former Head of Experiential Methodology and Critical Theory in this guy’s department at MTV. Before all that, she was creative director of Missbehave and art director of Mass Appeal. Sally does design and illustration for various clients including The Village Voice, The Fader, and The New York Times. She also likes to make videos, websites, high-concept dance parties and pedagogical instagram accounts.
